Warranty Check
Look up the warranty status of your ZavoBox device. Enter the MAC address or serial number found on the bottom of your unit to view activation date and remaining coverage.
Device Warranty Lookup
Enter your device's MAC address (e.g. A4:5E:60:C1:23:45) or serial number (e.g. ZAV6M-A1B2C3D4).
How to find your device info

On the product label
Turn your ZavoBox over. The MAC address and serial number are printed on the label on the bottom of the unit, next to the regulatory markings.

In the settings menu
On your ZavoBox, go to Settings → About. The MAC address and serial number are listed under device information.
Warranty policy at a glance
- Coverage period
- 12 months from the original activation date, covering manufacturing hardware defects.
- What's covered
- Free repair or replacement for hardware faults under normal use, including power supply, motherboard, and remote defects.
- What's not covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, and devices sold outside authorized channels.
- Extended warranty
- Optional extended coverage is available at checkout through authorized dealers for up to 24 months total.
